When will my chair be delivered?
The expected delivery of your Omilu Cloud® is March–April 2026. We will keep you informed as soon as a specific delivery date is confirmed.
Is the chair available for immediate delivery?
The Omilu Cloud® is currently available with an expected delivery in March-April 2026.
Can I view the chair somewhere?
We will inform our customers as soon as a showroom is available to view and try the Omilu Cloud®. You can order a fabric swatch of our upholstery so you can experience the quality and color at home.
Will the chair be delivered to my home free of charge?
Yes, we deliver the Omilu Cloud® free of charge to your home via our delivery service. You will receive a delivery date and time slot in advance, so you know exactly when to expect your chair. For deliveries outside the EU: Upon import, local VAT and any clearance fees charged by the carrier will apply.
Can I return the chair?
Yes, for chairs from our standard collection the legal right of withdrawal applies: you may return the chair within 14 days after receipt. The chair must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Returns within the Netherlands are handled exclusively through our delivery service: the chair will be collected from your home. The collection fee is €59, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
For international orders, returns are at the customer’s own expense. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment with a carrier of their choice.
What guarantee do I get?
- 2 years on the electrical system and the mechanical frame
- 1 year on material and manufacturing defects under normal use

Will other fabrics and colours be available in the future?
Yes, we are continuously working on expanding our collection. In the future, new fabrics and colors will be available, allowing you to match the Omilu Cloud® even more perfectly to your interior. Updates will always be shared through our website and social channels.
Can I choose or replace a different fabric later?
The first edition is only available in bouclé. Other fabrics will be available soon. Currently, there are no separate covers or upholstery options after purchase.
How do I maintain the chair?
The upholstery of the chair has a stain-resistant and liquid-repellent coating. If milk or other liquid substances are spilled: use a slightly damp cloth and dab gently on the stain. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents. You can find more tips at Service & Warranty .
Can I purchase the Omilu Cloud® for my store, studio or location?
Yes, we work with selected partners (such as boutiques, baby shops or maternity hotels).

Is the chair suitable for commercial use (e.g. lactation rooms or maternity hotels)?
Yes, the Omilu Cloud® is designed for daily use. The silent motor, durable materials (including fire-retardant fabric) and intuitive operation make it suitable for various spaces such as maternity hotels, milking rooms and waiting rooms.
