Refund policy
We offer a return period of 14 days after delivery. This means you can request a return within that timeframe. The chair must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Returns within the Netherlands are handled exclusively through our delivery service: the chair will be collected from your home.
The collection fee is €59, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
For international orders, returns are at the customer’s own expense.
The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment with a carrier of their choice.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is:

in its original condition (unused),
-
complete, and
-
packaged in the original box.

You may use our model withdrawal form, though this is not required.

You may also email the completed form to info@omiludesign.nl.
Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Damage or issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
In case of transport damage, defects or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours at info@omiludesign.nl so we can resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please register your return (if eligible) and place a new order after the return has been processed.
Legal right of withdrawal (EU only)
For standard products, the 14-day legal withdrawal period applies, without giving a reason.
The return conditions are the same as above: unused, complete, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether it has been approved.
If so, you’ll receive your refund within 14 business days via your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Returns – Switzerland & United Kingdom
For Swiss and UK customers
You may return your chair within 14 days after delivery.
Conditions:

The product must be unused, complete, and in the original packaging

The invoice or packing slip must be included

Returns must be requested in advance by emailing info@omiludesign.nl

The return package must be clearly marked as “returned goods” to avoid new Swiss import duties

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, you can contact us for a Fedex label.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned chair, you will be notified of the approval. If accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
