We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all information about our shipping and delivery terms.
1. Delivery Time
The current delivery timeline is available on the product page.Before delivery, you will receive a confirmation including the delivery date and a time window.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost are included in the price.
For an additional fee, we offer a White Glove Delivery service (Netherlands only).
With this service, the chair is placed in the desired room, assembled, the cables are connected, and all packaging is removed.
White Glove Delivery fee:

This service is carried out by our logistics partner and is available by appointment. You can select it during checkout or contact us via info@omiludesign.nl.
3. Shipping Partner
Our deliveries are handled by an external logistics partner. They deliver by appointment and ensure that your order arrives safely.
Our international shipments are carried out by FedEx.
4. Responsibility
Once your order has been delivered, the risk of damage or loss passes to you.
Please inspect your chair upon delivery. If anything is damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@omiludesign.nl.
5. Delays or Force Majeure
We aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. In case of force majeure or delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
6. Returns in Case of Withdrawal
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, return costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

UK & Swiss Customers
We ship to the United Kingdom and Switzerland with FedEx.
Shipping costs are included in the price.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Chairs are delivered fully assembled and safely packed in a large box (82 × 77 × 75 cm, 60 kg).
Important:
– Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place)
– This means import VAT, duties, and FedEx handling fees may be charged to the customer upon delivery
– The shipping fee does not cover customs charges
You will receive a tracking link once your chair is dispatched.
